California Litigation Attorney (Remote) – Special Education Law

What You’ll Do

• Represent families in special education disputes under IDEA and related laws
• Review educational and litigation records
• Draft complaints, motions, and settlement documents
• Participate in mediations, negotiations, and administrative proceedings
• Advise parents regarding educational rights and school district obligationsy
• Handle appeals to the Federal Court
• Work closely with experienced attorneys and support staff

Qualifications

• Active California law license in good standing
• Minimum 3 years of litigation experience
• Strong writing, negotiation, and client communication skills
• Experience in family law, administrative law, civil litigation, personal injury, workers’ compensation, education law, or criminal law is helpful
• Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required
